Booking & Payment
A deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your stateroom. Final payment is due in accordance with Oceania Cruises’ published payment schedule.
All bookings are subject to Oceania Cruises’ Passenger Ticket Contract and standard terms and conditions. Full details will be provided at the time of booking.
Hosted Group Experience
Our fares are based on Oceania Cruises’ best available promotional rates, with a modest supplement applied to support our hosted group experience. This enables the delivery of our curated Gay Layer of experiences, including hosted onboard activities, private group coordination and exclusive enhancements throughout the voyage.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation fees apply in accordance with Oceania Cruises’ published cancellation schedule and increase as the sailing date approaches.
We recommend reviewing the applicable cancellation terms carefully prior to confirming your booking. Full details will be provided in your reservation documentation.
Can I upgrade to a premium beverage package?
Yes – while your fare includes a choice of Complimentary Wine & Beer with lunch and dinner, or a shore excursion credit, guests can choose to upgrade to a premium beverage package for more inclusive, all-day drinks.
These packages are typically available to purchase closer to departure or via your onboard account once your cruise is confirmed.

Adults-Only Environment (18+)
Oceania Cruises welcomes guests aged 18 years and over at the time of embarkation. This policy ensures a serene, sophisticated onboard atmosphere designed exclusively for adult travellers.
Guests must be 18 or older on the day of sailing. Proof of age may be requested prior to embarkation.
Minimum Group Numbers
Hosted group elements are activated once minimum numbers are reached. In the unlikely event that minimum numbers are not met, certain hosted elements may be adjusted to suit the group size and overall experience.
Your cruise booking remains fully valid under Oceania Cruises’ standard terms and conditions regardless of group activation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
While onboard, shipboard medical facilities are not covered by Medicare, and international medical expenses can be significant without appropriate coverage. Your policy should include cruise-specific protection, any relevant pre-existing medical conditions and all regions visited.
