Stay & Social New Year’s Eve Package Terms & Conditions

Our LGBT+ Sydney New Year’s Eve Stay & Social Packages are available on request and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Minimum stays of three, four or five nights apply depending on the selected hotel and room category. Stay requirements apply across the New Year’s Eve period, with published package pricing generally based on stays from 29 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. Alternative dates may be available subject to availability and revised pricing.

Package pricing is calculated according to the specific dates selected. Total package pricing may therefore vary depending on your hotel, room category, arrival and departure dates, length of stay and package inclusions.

Deposit and payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due by 1 December 2026. Bookings made on or after 1 December 2026 require payment in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation: The initial 50% deposit becomes non-refundable once your booking has been confirmed. From 1 December 2026, all package payments are non-refundable.

Booking administration: Stay & Social accommodation packages are issued by Points of Difference Travel & Events through Savenio, our affiliated travel agency group.

Event tickets: Tickets for Celebration at the End of the Wharf – NYE 26/27, together with any hosted social events included within your package, are issued subject to the Points of Difference Travel & Events Booking Terms & Conditions. There are no exchanges or refunds for change of mind once bookings have been confirmed and paid in full.

Ticket delivery: For Stay & Social package guests, your Celebration at the End of the Wharf – NYE 26/27 event tickets will be delivered to your nominated hotel prior to your arrival. There is no need to arrange postage or collect your tickets separately. Further event information will be provided closer to New Year’s Eve.

Additional experiences: Where optional tours, dining experiences or hosted activities require minimum numbers to proceed, any prepaid component cancelled due to insufficient numbers will be refunded or credited accordingly.

Supplier conditions: Hotels and other suppliers may apply their own booking conditions, cancellation policies and operational requirements. Any additional supplier conditions applicable to your booking will be advised during the confirmation process.

Travel insurance: Due to the non-refundable nature of many package components, we strongly recommend that all guests hold appropriate travel insurance. Australian residents are welcome to contact us for a quotation. International guests should arrange suitable travel insurance in their country of residence before travelling to Australia.

Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
